Dear SPX Parents,
At St. Pius X Catholic School, we are proud to partner with families in the Catholic education of their children. In an effort to simplify the annual enrollment process, we have adopted Continuous Enrollment. This means that once you enroll your child(ren) at St. Pius X, they will be considered enrolled until graduation, or until you notify us otherwise.
The Continuous Enrollment Agreement outlines the terms and expectations of Continuous Enrollment at St. Pius X Catholic School.
Terms of Continuous Enrollment
1. Automatic Re-enrollment
Beginning with the 2026-2027 academic year, all current students will be automatically re- enrolled for each subsequent school year unless a parent or guardian submits a written Intent to Withdraw.
2. Annual Notification of Changes
Families will receive an annual notice of any updates to tuition, fees, or policies. These changes will become part of this agreement unless a written intent to withdraw is submitted.
3. Parishioner Form
Parishioner form must be submitted to School Office each year in order to be eligible for a parishioner scholarship. (See Documents below)
3. Withdrawal Policy
If a family chooses not to continue enrollment for the next school year, they must notify the school in writing by March 1st of the current school year. Notices must be sent to admissions @spxsa.org. Failure to notify the school by this date may result in financial penalties, as outlined in the current tuition agreement.
4. Tuition and Fees
Tuition and fees are set annually and subject to change. By signing this agreement, you agree to comply with the school’s tuition schedule and policies.
5. Behavioral and Academic Standards
Continued enrollment is contingent upon adherence to the school’s academic, behavioral, and financial expectations. St. Pius X Catholic School reserves the right to refuse continued enrollment at its discretion.
6. Communication
All official school communications, including updates to policies and deadlines related to Continuous Enrollment, will be sent via email and/or posted on the school website. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to review these communications regularly.
All families will complete a short back-to-school packet in FACTS Family Portal to ensure that the school has the most up-to-date information.Please complete the below Continuous Enrollment agreement and return to the School Office by the end of January. Copies of this agreement can also be picked up in the School Office. Thank you!
