Roland and his wife, Leticia, have been St. Pius X parishioners since 2019. Roland is a native San Antonian and is a retired educator, having served as a math teacher, Assistant Principal, Principal, and Technology Director in his 30 year educational career. He has two grandchildren who currently attend St. Pius X Catholic School and he oversees the SPX WatchDOGS program. He is also very active in the Church. He serves as a lector, assists with the SPX Youth Ministry, is an officer in the Knights of Columbus, served as Men’s ACTS Director, and spearheads the “That Man is You!” ministry. He has served on the council since 2021.
